Hands&Hearts is an initiative by the promoters of Indian origin. It is an attempt to reach the consumer with the exclusive and rich hand-made textiles of India, crafted by the hands of artisans of different regions of the subcontinent.
The idea was born due to the strong values of the promoters, of creating a sustainable platform for the artisans who have mastered the craft and are struggling to earn their living wage because of lack of opportunities to access the appreciative market and consumer who understands the finesse of the products that they create.
We are working closely with the artisans, providing technical and design skills to rural women artisans in the regions of Kumaon Valley, Kullu Valley, Dry hinterland of Central India and the Southern Shores of Kerala, thereby helping them enhance their indigenous skills, and finally, make local craft products that match the needs and aspirations of the new-age consumer.
Hands&Hearts as the name predicts, is a story intertwined by the hands of the underprivileged artisans, to create products that would win hearts and provide a better livelihood for them.
